We highly recommend washing your Lushus Babe Premium Hair extensions BEFORE installing, using a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Do not massage the hair, always scrunch, thoroughly rinse, and air dry.

It is very important that you take the best care of your wefts.  We recommend using the over and out method when installing your Lushus Babe Premium Hair extensions, and only cut your wefts when needed.  It is not necessarily required, but you can use a weft sealant when cutting.

Co-wash your Lushus Babe Premium Hair extensions with conditioner only at least once a week. Regular wash can be done every 2-3 weeks.  When washing your hair in the shower, always stand with your back to the water and gently rinse from the hairline back. Again, do not massage the hair while washing.  Scrunch and rinse thoroughly, and always use a wide tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the tips up. TIP: *It is best to avoid using a bath towel and instead use a microfiber towel or t-shirt to remove excess water, and air dry. **When applying product to curly or wavy hair, apply while hair is wet. Use a paddle brush, style, and air. Do not touch hair while it's drying to prevent frizz.

When combing or brushing your Lushus Babe Premium Hair extensions, always separate into sections and start from the tips up. TIP: Do not brush dried curly or wavy hair because it will become poofy and frizzy.

It is especially important to take care of your Lushus Babe Premium Hair extensions when sleeping. You may make several large braids, put your hair in a pineapple or high ponytail, and use either a silk/satin scarf or bonnet. TIP: *We recommend sleeping on a silk/satin pillowcase. **Always apply a leave-in conditioner and braid hair prior to going swimming, and wash immediately after.

You may use flexi-rods, curling irons/wands, & flat irons, but we do suggest using as least heat as possible. We also suggest avoiding oils, but you may apply a very light alcohol-free oil or serum only when necessary.
